Refund policy

We want you and your pup to be completely happy with every purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at pawnroutine@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Defective or Wrong Items If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please email us at pawnroutine@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, certain items such as grooming tools that have been used cannot be returned.
